Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions of use of the TrustLeader platform, available at trust-leader.com.

Article 2 — Registration

Use of the TrustLeader platform requires prior registration. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Users are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials.

Registration is open to any adult with legal capacity. Minors may only use the service under the responsibility of their parents or guardians.

Article 3 — Services

TrustLeader provides an AI-powered conflict management training platform. Services include:

  • Dialogue simulations with virtual characters
  • Quizzes and micro-learning
  • Behavioral analysis reports
  • Personalized progress tracking
  • Voice mode (paid plans)

Article 4 — Subscriptions and pricing

TrustLeader offers different subscription plans: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Prices are listed on the Pricing page. TrustLeader reserves the right to change prices, with at least 30 days' notice to users.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. Users can cancel anytime from their account.

Article 5 — Use of the service

Users agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The following are prohibited:

  • Using the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Reproducing, selling, or redistributing the service without authorization
  • Attempting to disrupt the service
  • Collecting other users' data without consent

Article 6 — Intellectual property

All platform content (text, images, algorithms, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Sec & Cloud (EURL). Users receive a personal, non-exclusive right of use.

Article 7 — Data protection

Personal data processing is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Article 8 — Liability

TrustLeader provides the service "as is". The platform is a training tool and does not replace professional advice. TrustLeader cannot be held liable for decisions made by users based on simulations and analyses.

Article 9 — Modification of ToS

TrustLeader reserves the right to modify these ToS. Changes take effect upon publication. Users are encouraged to review the ToS regularly.

Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
